Netball Kids Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available only in cases of program cancellation by Netball Kids or inability to participate due to medical reasons (documentation required).
2. Cancellation by Participant: If a participant cancels registration 14 days or more before the start date, a full refund minus a processing fee will be issued.If a participant cancels registration less than 14 days before the start date, a 50% refund will be issued.No refunds will be issued after the program has commenced.
3. Program Cancellation by Netball Kids: If the program is canceled by Netball Kids for any reason, participants will receive a full refund.
4. Medical Exceptions: Participants who cannot attend due to medical reasons may receive a prorated refund, provided a valid medical certificate is submitted.
5. Process for Requesting a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [contact email] within the specified refund period.Include participant details, registration confirmation, and any supporting documentation.
6. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
